Some agents will carry out their inspections on a six monthly rotation which can mean a property is never inspected until a tenant vacates at the end of the six month term. Here at Brookes Hall we conduct our first inspection within the first six weeks and every three months thereafter. A detailed report is left with the tenant and a copy sent to you for your records.
